Can our bouncy castles go inside?

Yes, our bouncy castles can go up indoors, the only limitation is height.

What happens if the weather is bad?

The day prior to your event, you will receive a phone call from MSG Events to discuss weather conditions alongside other last minute details. Should the weather forecast cause concern, you will be offered the opportunity to postpone your booking to an alternative day for free of charge. If you choose to go ahead still but cancel on the day, you will forfeit the full amount.

Definitions of bad weather

Inflatable Pubs – wind speeds above 19mph, or temperatures of below 2°c

Bouncy Castles – wind speeds above 19mph and/or heavy rain or temperatures of below 2°c

Sumo – Rain of any amount or temperatures of below 2°c

When do you set up?

Typically we set up around 10am, but each event is different so we will do our best to accomodate your schedule.

Can you put a bouncy castle on hard ground?

Yes,  you can put a bouncy castle on hard ground. when putting it in position we would place a tarpaulin underneath to protect it from damage and then secure it in place with sandbags.

What are your cancellation terms?

When booking we require a non-refundable deposit to confirm your event in our diary.

Do you charge a cleaning charge?

All standard cleaning would be covered within your event hire cost. We do ask however that no confetti, face paints, or silly string is used with any of our inflatables. A £50 cleaning charge will be invoiced to the client for any equipment left in an unreasonable state.

Do you have heaters for hire?

No, but you can hire them from Power Washer Services; just be aware that you cannot use gas heaters within our inflatable pubs.

Do you have furniture to hire?

This is in the pipeline for early summer 2018, but currently you would need to hire them from elsewhere.

Do you do midweek hires?

Our equipment and services are available to hire any day of the week

Do you provide the alcohol for the inflatable pubs?

The inflatable pub hires include just the set up of the infrastructure. You can choose to add on our bar equipment and bar services separately. This means that you can choose to provide and serve your own alcohol.
